RNS 510- brak radia na kier. i FIS, cangate nie widzi radia

od soboty posiadam Tourana i mam problem z radiem RNS 510. Otóż nie działają przyciski na kierownicy związane z radiem - po lewej stronie kierownicy. Na FIS nie widać 'kompasu' z navi, ani nie można włączyć wskazówek GPS ani listy stacji z radia (FIS wyświetla tylko informacje z komputera oraz menu na postoju). 2x zdarzyło się, że po dłuższej jeździe FIS i przyciski "załapały" i wszystko było ok - można było wybrać stację lub wyświetlić Navi na FIS, ale po odpaleniu auta po dłuższej przerwie znowu nie działa.
Druga sprawa, radio nie wyłącza się po wyjęcia kluczyka ze stacyjki kiedy nie działa FIS i przyciski - kiedy były aktywne radio również się wyłączało.

Miał ktoś z Kolegów/Koleżanek podobny problem lub wie jak to rozwiązać? Jeśli jest ktoś z okolic Orzesza/Katowice i mógłby na to spojrzeć w rozsądnych pieniążkach to bardzo chętnie,

*Posiadam pełny, duży czy jak się to zwie FIS,
** Nie posiadam sprzętu, żeby auto "podpiąć" więc na chwilę obecną nie wyślę screena, natomiast w sobotę, gdy je odbierałem komputer nie pokazywał błędów.
*** użyłem funkcji 'szukaj' oraz próbowałem przebrnąć przez 60 stron wątku o RNS510, ale nie znalazłem odpowiedzi. Jeśli pominąłem to przepraszam i proszę o wskazanie, dzięki!

Polecam wypiąć Aku i wszystko powinno wrócić. Mnie ten problem pojawiał się głównie na zimnym i odstanym samochodzie (np przez weekend). Możesz tez doładować aku. Poza tym to wina rnsa, ale to już inni spece od tego tutaj są:) miałem dwa rnsy 510 i na jednym nigdy ten problem nie wystąpił, a na drugim owszem:) testowane w moim caddym 2012 i Touranie 2007. W oby dwu samochodach tak samo się działo. Jestem z Tychów i jak masz ochotę podjechać to tylko kwestia czasowego dogadania.

właśnie zrobiłem drobny reset i miałem aktualizować post: skasowałem wszystkie błędy, wypiąłem aku na 10 minut, zrobiłem kolejny skan i oto wyniki (nie odpalałem auta po resecie) :

Prosta sprawa. Na 99% kucnął CAN w RNS. Usterka typowa dla starszych urządzeń.
